Begin your sightseeing in Tashkent, the vibrant capital of Uzbekistan, where modern infrastructure blends seamlessly with the charm of the historic Old Town. Explore key landmarks including Khast-Imam Square, Barak-Khan Madrasah, Kafal-al-Shashi Mausoleum, Kukeldash Madrasah, the Islamic Civilization Centre, and the city’s oldest bazaar, Chorsu. You will also experience the beautifully designed Tashkent Metro stations. After lunch, continue with a guided visit to Independence Square and Amir Temur Square. Overnight stay in Tashkent.

Tashkent is the capital of Uzbekistan: it carries in itself both the modern infrastructure and the preserved cozy Old Town. We will visit today: Khast-Imam Square, Barak-Khan Madrasah, Kafal-al-Shashi Mausoleum, Kukeldash Madrasah, Islamic civilization centre museum.

Independence square & Amir Temur square

Visit Independence Square - the main square of the country with the administrative offices of the Cabinet and the Senate.
Walk along 'Broadway' and Amir Temur Square, a pedestrian street that connects Amir Temur Square and Independence Square.
Explore Chorsuu Bazaar, the traditional bazaar located in the center of the old town of Tashkent.
Visit Khazrati Imam Complex, an architectural monument dating from the 16th to 20th centuries, located in the Olmazor district.

Metro stations

After an early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the railway station to board the 8.30am train to Bukhara. Upon arrival, begin a city tour exploring the historic Po-i-Kalyan Complex, including the Kalyan Minaret, along with Miri Arab Madrassa, Magoki Attori Mosque, Ulugbek Madrasa, and Lyabi Haus Square. In the late afternoon, visit a traditional local chaykhona for a relaxing break, where you can enjoy a selection of regional teas with spices and sweets, offering a delightful and authentic cultural experience.

After breakfast at the hotel, continue exploring Bukhara with visits to the Ismail Samani Mausoleum, Chashma Ayub Mausoleum, a local bazaar, Bolo Khauz Mosque, and the Ark Citadel with Zindan prison. Later, take a short 20-minute drive outside the old city to visit Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa, the summer residence of the last Emir of Bukhara.
In the evening, participate in a hands-on culinary masterclass at the national home of Rahmon Toshev, where a skilled oshpaz (plov chef) will demonstrate the art of preparing authentic Bukhara plov.
