Yes, airport transfers are included in this tour. These transfers will be shared with you before your travel.

There is a activity Golf Cart Tour scheduled at the 16:00 hrs. The standard check-in time at the hotel would be 1400 hrs, so you can plan your arrival accordingly.

Generally, there are no inclusions on the tour on the last day. The hotel check-out time is usually 11:00 hrs or 12 noon. The drive from Rome to Florence takes 3 hours, so book a flight in the afternoon.

There are no long drives on this tour. The transfer from Civitavecchia to Rome typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

During your travel in late April, Rome enjoys pleasant spring weather. Days are mild and comfortable, usually around 18–23°C, ideal for sightseeing and walking tours. Expect cool mornings and evenings with occasional light showers, so carry a light jacket and comfortable walking shoes for changing conditions.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 75 days before the date of travel.

Cancellation up to 91 days from the date of travel: 10% cancellation charges (as per the total trip cost) will be levied, the rest will be refunded to you.

From 90 - 46 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied

45 days or less from the date of travel: 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
