No long road journeys are involved. Intercity travel is by bullet trains, including Tokyo–Hiroshima and Hiroshima–Osaka, making travel fast and comfortable. Local sightseeing drives are short.

Absolutely, a variety of vegetarian meal options will be available. Vegan options may be limited but available.
