At 10:30am, we have a plant based cooking demo by Chef Sapna. Followed by lunch at the resort.

In the evening, tea and light snacks followed by a guided session of sunset yoga on the beach with Carolyn, where we will practice breathwork. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner, where peace and rejuvenation await.

If you are an international traveller, you will need a visa to travel to India. If you are an Indian national or travelling from within India, you will not require any separate travel documents. Please carry a valid photo ID with you as you may need it for hotel check-ins.

One group transfer is included for arrival and departure from Goa Dabolim Airport (GOI). The timing will be advised by our reservations team. Independent transfers can be provided for additional cost.

The itinerary ends after breakfast on Day 6 with a transfer to Goa International Airport (Dabolim). Plan for flights departing later in the day to ensure a relaxed departure.

Normally, yes! In some cases if the exact hotels are unavailable for any reason, we'll make sure you're put up in hotels that are equivalent to the original in terms of location and facilities. Rest assured, your stay will be as promised.

The longest drive will be on the first and last days, between Goa International Airport and Red Earth Gokarna. The journey takes approximately 3+ hours depending on traffic.

Gokarna typically enjoys warm and pleasant weather. During most months, daytime temperatures range from 25-35°C (77-95°F), and evenings are cooler. We require a 35% advance payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 45 days before the date of travel.

Cancellation up to 61 days from the date of travel: 10% cancellation charges (as per the total trip cost) will be levied, the rest will be refunded to you

From 60 - 35 days from the date of travel: 30% cancellation charges will be levied

From 35 days or less from the date of travel: 100% cancellation charges will be levied
