From India with Asma Khan 's Jrnys
I felt it was an outstanding trip overall, a truly life-changing trip for me. The tour was extremely well-organised, instilling confidence and clarity right from the moment I booked. I love Asma's contagious passion and skill for storytelling - captivating, deeply moving, authentic. I am thrilled to have met so many extraordinary experts within the local Delhi food community. I very much enjoyed and appreciated the extensive-range of regional Indian food styles we tried. From a chef's POV, this culinary tour was exceptionally curated, getting right below the surface. The accommodation was excellent, those two heritage havelis deeply enhanced the overall experience. I also liked being in a small group like this, it felt a lot more personal. Thank you again Sanjith and Asma, I will never ever forget these ten days, and what an entry point for me into India!
The top two highlights for me: visit to the Golden Temple to see the world's largest community kitchen and the unforgettable dinner at Asma's parents home - an absolute privilege and so deeply personal.
